I am a lucky girl. Always have been and always knew I had a good star above my head. Yet I underestimated my luck this time. We have it easy on many levels.
REMEMBER TO COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
Our family: we are used to spend lots of time together and we are very much fusional on a regular basis so this feels more to us like normal than other families where every member is more independent
Our house: we have a big house, with enough rooms to be able to isolate ourselves when we need to, a garden to play. We live in the countryside right by nice woods and have lots of outside games to play.
Our jobs: we both are able to do remote work and we both still have a job. Much easier to keep the spirits up for us when you do not have to worry too much about after.
The weather: sun has been shining for the entire 4 weeks and it has turned out to be very important on making this a lot easier
So yes we are lucky, and I never knew how much until this lockdown and I am sure I am not the only one to realize that.
